At Slotegraaf Construction we believe a healthy natural environment is the basis for sustaining our future generations. With the increasing importance of creating a healthy home environment, our team at Slotegraaf continually researches trends and innovates the design process to offer features such as barrier-free design and allergen-free builds on request.

The products and techniques we use are chosen for maximum longevity and minimal maintenance – a very basic way of being easy on the environment. We are also considerate toward existing structures, open to reusing and refinishing products in the new home or renovation, and protecting as many existing trees and landscaping as possible.

Slotegraaf is a certified EnergyStar new home builder. We are in the process of integrating complete EnergyStar compliance ratings into all of our new homes. Our staff have a keen understanding of environmentally efficient systems and products such as:
